A few days before Christmast organise a party at school. We give small presents to each other. This year we bought a juice extractor for our teacher;) but don’t tell her!- it’s a suprise.We sing carols together and decorate Christmas tree in class. I decorate my Christmas tree at home, too. At school we have fake Christmas tree but at home I have real in a pot. I usually buy my tree two days before Christmas.
I always spend Christmas with my family. We usually go to the mountains and spend Christmas Eve in Wisła. My aunt with her doughters also come there. We eat Christmas supper and listen to carols. At 5 p.m. Santa Clause arrives and gives presents to children. They call him Święty Mikołaj in Polish. Small children believe that he is real but I know that my presents come from my parents. I also buy presensts for them. I like getting cosmetics and practical presents. After supper I go to church. The mass starts at midnight. This mass is called “Pasterka” for shepherds who came to Betlejem to greet Jesus. I like Christmas because it is a very great time for family.

Halloween

British people celebrate Halloween on 31st October. Some time ago villagers believed that ghosts could come to their houses at nigtht. People were afraid and wanted to scare the monsters. Today children dress up as witches, monsters and ghosts. They make lanterns from pumpkins and play ‘trick’ or ‘treat’. They visit their neighbours and get sweets or money.If they don’t get anything they play malicious trick. Usually people organise parties and parades. Everyone has a lot of fun:)

My dreams:)

Sometimes people think "What will happen in the future?" I don’t know what I want to do in the future. Maybe I will be an intelligent businesswoman, or a pretty actress. Everybody wants to have a lot of money but it isn’t the most important for me. My dream is to have a fantastic family.Now I have a wonderful family but when I am a grown-up will I have my own brilliant husband?.I hope I will have two children. So when I have kids and a husband we will have to have a house with a garden. This house doesn't have to be big but it will be cosy. My dream is to be a good person. If in the future I am even a model I will be only happy if I am loved

Friendship

Friendship means a lot to me. I don't like being alone. That's why all important or funny things I do with my friends. We learn together, we play together, we go on holiday together... My best friend is Michalina. She's 14. She is my best friend because she helps me in everything. I can always count on her and she can always count on me. She is never angry with me. We don't argue with each other and I feel good in her company:)

Reading books

Reading books has been with us all the time and now we are begining to think that the world can exist without it. We don't read books , we watch films instead. But does it make any sense? I think it doesn't. Reading develops our imagination and widen our knowledge. The film doesn't offer such things. We watch films and everything is interpreted for us. For me reading is magic because you can carry yourself into another world. Sometimes when I read books I feel like the hero of the book. I have the same thoughts, behaviour, I'm afraid of the same things. When I watch films I don't have such emotions.
My favourite book is a Harry Potter. I saw the film as well. Many details were omitted. The book is more interesting because it describes each movement of a hero very precisely and actors intrpreted the book by theirselves and finally I can say I know two different stories about Harry Potter- one is the book and the other one is the film

This is my first blog. I want to tell you something about myself. My names is Klaudia. I'm 15 years old. I'm Polish. I live in Pabianice this is small town but many fantastic people live there.
I have long blond hair and green eyes. In my free time I meet my friends and I listen to music.
My favourite kind of music is pop and hip-hop. I like playing volleyball. I'm an only child but I have a lot of friends:)
